We offer insightful personal development exercises, Reiki healing, meditations, visualisations, nourishing food and nurturing time in a supportive environment, all with the aim of helping you to build self-awareness and compassion so you can begin to make positive changes in your life. Guests on our retreats have told us they've gone away feeling uplifted and inspired. We create a warm, caring yet fun atmosphere - as good friends, we're very much on the same wavelength and think this helps us bring empathy, enthusiasm and laughter to our retreats.

Sarah is a Reiki teacher with 19 years’ experience, and a Nia dance teacher. She has a background in health journalism with a specialism in emotional health, mental health, nutrition and complementary therapies. She has written three health books and is currently writing her fourth.
